Training Services

Many people utilize personal trainers for different reasons; therefore, your FIT4LYF trainer will personally meet with you for a FREE consultation to determine what your needs are, what you want to accomplish, and what special services rendered will enable you to reach your desired goals. There are a variety of services that you can benefit from, based on your individual needs and goals. FIT4LYF provides CUSTOMIZED services in the following areas:

  • Nutrition
  • Strength Training
  • Body Fat Reduction
  • Cardio Training
  • Exercise Programs


Initial Training Session

The initial training session includes consultation about your medical history as well as personal goals. A fitness assessment is completed covering all of the health related components of fitness:

  • Health/Fitness Survey
  • Muscular strength
  • Muscular endurance
  • Joint flexibility
  • Body composition
  • Nutritional Analysis
  • Cardiovascular fitness


Future training sessions

Once you and your goals are assessed, you will begin your training appointments. Sessions will be one hour in length and may include:

  • Resistance training (circuit and/or free weights)
  • Cardiovascular training
  • Abdominal/core strength training
  • Flexibility/stretching exercises
  • Interval training


All training services are affordable and vary in price.
