Initial Training Session
The initial training session includes consultation about your medical history as well as personal goals. A fitness assessment is completed covering all of the health related components of fitness:
- Health/Fitness Survey

- Muscular endurance
- Joint flexibility

- Nutritional Analysis
- Cardiovascular fitness
Future training sessions
Once you and your goals are assessed, you will begin your training appointments. Sessions will be one hour in length and may include:

- Interval training
